Going away? Need the cat feeding? We can pop round to feed them, change the litter and give them some much needed attention.
Daily rate is subject to increase if out of our areas covered. We will visit once per day for 15 minutes. 

Please note our slots get booked up quickly. We will always do our best to accommodate your cat, but suggest you book by 20:00 each Wednesday for visits starting the following Monday. Bookings at short notice are sometimes possible, please contact us on 07507 033684 to discuss your requirements prior to booking.
 
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is applicable to all services that are booked via invoice or booked via our website. All services must be paid for in advance for the week ahead. Any changes to agreed recurring services must be submitted by 20:00 on Wednesdays before invoices are sent out. Any new customer bookings must also be made by 20:00 on Wednesdays for the week ahead. We cannot guarantee your booking if it is submitted after this cut off. 
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service price when a booked service is cancelled with less than 7 calendar days notice, or if a service is cancelled after an invoice is created or a website booking is made. Cancellation under exceptional circumstances will be honoured. A credit will be applied to your next invoice to reflect any cancelled services.

By placing your order you agree to the terms specific to our services:
 
 1. The customer is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their cat while it is under the care of Charlie & Friends, or is using any other services provided by Charlie & Friends, and agrees to indemnify Charlie & Friends in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.
 2. The customer agrees that, in admitting their cat, Charlie & Friends has relied on the customers' representation that their cat is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other cat.
 3. The customer agrees to notify Charlie & Friends immediately of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of their cat that has the potential to cause harm to any other cat or individual.
 4. The customer is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their cat receives while under the care of the Charlie & Friends, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out charges. The customer authorises the staff of Charlie & Friends to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the customer’s usual/preferred Vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the customer accepts that the staff of Charlie & Friends may at their discretion use any registered vet. The customer agrees to pay all such costs immediately upon pick-up of their cat, or by agreement with the proprietor.
 5. The customer agrees that Charlie & Friends is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing or any other item left with their cat.
 6. The customer agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the cat for the agreed appointment; failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that day’s service and will be paid in full by the client.
